Robert David is engineer in applied sciences and has made his PhD at the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons in the field of wastewater-treatment modeling and optimisation.He moved to a post-doc position at the Université catholique de Louvain to mainly work in wine-making fermentation modeling, and in the forecast of river floods.He now works for Technord (industrial integrator, www.technord.com) as initiator and business developer of the AI unit based in the Wavre area.The objective is to integrate optimization tools for industries by developing and exploiting their data: AI, Hybrid Modeling, Digital Twin and Advanced Process Control (associated with Internet of Things and Edge/Cloud solutions if needed). Typical customers include production/R&D/sSupply in most of process industries: Metal/Mineral/Pharma/Chemical/Energy/Agrofood/Bioprocesses/Glass…).
