Mattias leads and develops the global Digital Innovation & AI strategy at Nyrstar. Over the past few years, he has built the department from the ground up and now supports leaders across Nyrstar’s global operations, including sites in Europe and Australia, in understanding and effectively applying AI within their production processes. His strength lies in translating complex technological concepts into clear business language, enabling tangible and measurable results in industrial environments.
